| What Makes
a Venture Crew Advisor or Committee Member Trained? Venturing Crew Advisors, Assistant Advisors, and Crew Committee Members are considered trained when they have completed This is Scouting (replaces New Leader Essentials) and Venturing Leader Specific Training. When you have completed the above sets of courses for your scouting position, you may display the “TRAINED” patch on your uniform for that position.
